For many on our team, the holidays are all about the flavors of home.
Toni Carle, our Sales Manager, shares her beloved tradition:
“Making lasagna with my mom on Christmas Day is my favorite tradition. It’s a family affair, and there’s nothing better than sharing that meal together.”
Executive Chef Chris agrees that food is central to his holiday celebrations:
“Ravioli with my family is a must every holiday. It’s a tradition that brings us together.”
And for General Manager Maurizio Bonivento, it’s all about indulgence:
“Cooking pasta—lots of it! That’s my way of celebrating.”
