Discover the ancient art of falconry in the beautiful setting of Vermont's Green Mountains with professional falconer John Schwartz. John will take you through the history of falconry as a sport, as well as adaptations and conservation of these birds of prey. During this special and memorable session, you will watch the bird fly across the field, and learn how to handle a trained raptor. Concluding with the thrill of a Harris Hawk flying to, and landing upon, your gloved hand!

  • Sunday, Feb. 16th there will be one session at 10am.
  • A session lasts about 75 minutes.
