Check in is at 4PM & Check-out is at 11AM.

Please note:The Mimimum age to check into The Equinox Resort is 21 Years Old. Guests must be 21 years of age with a valid photo ID. Photo identification must match the name on the reservation. Acceptable forms of identification include license, passport or proof-of-age card.

EQUINOX RESORT & ORVIS INN CANCELLATION POLICY:

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.
• A deposit is required at the time of booking equal to the first night’s room and tax.
• Reservations must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival date to avoid forfeiture of deposit plus tax.

VACATION HOME RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY:

STAY DATES: DECEMBER 24–JANUARY 1, FEBRUARY 16-29, JUNE-OCTOBER, NOVEMBER 27-30

• 50% Deposit is due at the time of Booking.
• If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation within 30 days there will be a forfeiture of 100% of the Deposit plus tax.
• Tax charge is 10% and there is a $39 resort fee per night.

STAY DATES: JANUARY 2-FEBRUARY 15, MARCH-MAY, NOVEMBER 1-26, DECEMBER 1-DECEMBER 23

• 50% Deposit is due at the time of Booking.
• If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, 50% deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation within 14 days there will be a forfeiture of 100% of the Deposit plus tax.
• Tax charge is 10% and there is a $39 resort fee per night.

GROUP CANCELLATION POLICY:

• A separate cancellation policy applies for all call-in group cancellations.
• Please contact your group coordinator for details on the specific policy.

NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY:

• This reservation requires full pre-payment and is non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable.
• We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.

Please Note our Historic Preservation Fee for 2022 Reservations & Beyond of 4% which is collected to preserve and protect landscapes, buildings, and amenities that have played a meaningful role in The Equinox’s past while carefully integrating continuous improvements for the future. The proceeds from this fund will also have an important economic, environmental, and educational impact on the resort and surrounding communities. We want future generations to be able to experience and discover their own connections to The Equinox.

Inns at the Equinox is a non-smoking hotel for all guestrooms, hallways, stairwells and public spaces. A $250 room recovery fee will be charged to the registered guests for smoking in the guestroom.

9% Occupancy Tax + 1% Local Tax + $39 Per Night Resort Fee

BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL

Rooms have been fully cleaned & sanitized prior to your arrival & will be fully cleaned & sanitized after your departure. To ensure cleanliness, some items have been removed from your room; coffee maker, ice bucket, guest directory, water bottles, and glassware, as well as extra pillows and linens. Should you require any of these items to make your stay more comfortable, please contact the Front Desk.

DURING YOUR STAY

Stayover Service: Light Stayover Housekeeping Service is available every Day for resort guests. If you are staying with us for more than two nights, please note housekeeping will provide full guest room cleaning every 3rd day of your stay.

Vacation Rental Stayover Service: Vacation Rentals do not receive daily stayover service. However, if you require amenities such as track pick up, refreshed linens, please contact our Front Desk by dialing ZERO from your guest room phone.

Please contact Guest Services at the Front Desk by dialing ZERO from your guest room phone for additional towels or toiletries which can be picked up at the Front Desk or delivered contact-less outside of your guestroom door. They are open 24 hours

Reservations are required for Lunch & Dinner in Chop House as well all spa services, fitness classes & golf tee times. Requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Our goal is to provide all guests with the full Equinox Resort & Spa experience that keeps you coming back year after year.

Pets are always welcome at The Equinox. We charge a one-time Pet Service Fee and there are certain restrictions. Guide dogs and other assistance dogs are allowed at no fee. Please call 802-362-4700 to inform us in advance of any pet staying with you. Weight limit of a dog shall be 80 lbs or less. Dogs over 80 lbs may be allowed at the hotels discretion. We charge a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $75 for one dog and $50 for an additional dog (two dog maximum). Service dogs for those that are sight impaired are allowed at all times with no charge and no size limit. In accordance with the local health codes, (dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or the pool).
