Hatha Yoga
The intention behind this class is to give the attention to you, the practitioner, by creating a space within to find calm in every day chaos. A slower pace, mindful practice through a series of movement connecting your breath to your body. This grounding class starts with breath work, guided meditation, Asanas (postures), traditional sun salutations and finishing with a deeply relaxed savasana.
Deep Water Aerobics
A no impact full, body workout for all levels. Go at a pace that works for you. Do a blend of cardio conditioning and muscle toning exercises. Flotation devices are provided.
Mindful Movement Flow
A combination of Pilates, Yoga and functional training that brings the participant into the body, exploring positioning and breath in a restorative time of stimulation for the body/mind connection.
Barre
Barre utilizes a form of support, such as a traditional Ballet barre. Known for its sculpting power, Barre classes are likely to increase strength, muscular endurance, and range of motion in your joints, all while you get to enjoy moving to music! Barre was the 5th most popular workout in 2022 according to ClassPass's 2022 fitness trend report. Come see what the excitement is all about!
Aqua Dance
Done in the shallow end of the pool, dance your heart out! The class is set to fun dance music. Have a great time, feel good, and move your body!
Sun & Moon Yoga
Balance the nervous system. Start with dynamic and challenging movements inspired by the sun, to bring heat into the body. Finish with cooling restorative poses that calm the mind and relax the body. A blend of work and rest to take care of your whole self.
Restorative Yoga with Aromatherapy
Be guided through a gentle full body stretch combined with soft, supported held poses. The goal is to be comfortable and allow the muscles and mind to relax. Practice resting and relaxing with intention. Aromatherapy is used throughout the class to enhance the experience of relaxation. Give yourself the opportunity to refill all the energy you out.
Pilates with Props
Takes participants to the mat with various tools to explore the breath and ways in which they can stabilize and mobilize their anatomy. Gain strength, flexibility, coordination and greater self-awareness and take it with you when you leave.
Sock Ballet
This class reflects upon Pilates principles while stretching, toning, and moving you with music and movements from a traditional Ballet class. Whether ballet class was a treasured part of your past, a yearned for part of your future, or just something you’ve always been curious about, you are encouraged to join us.
Pool Aerobic
An indoor aquatic workout for all fitness levels. Cardio, toning, balance, and flexibility exercises are taught in the shallow end of the pool with optional weights and props.
Zumba
You are invited to a dance party! Let your sassy self shine! It's all about having fun and moving your body. Get a full body dance based workout set to world music mixed with some pop favs. Anyone who wants to dance is welcome!
Mountainside Yoga
Experience a revitalizing morning of hiking and yoga in the breathtaking Green Mountains of Southern Vermont. Come along for a guided hike to The Equinox Pond. At the pond, participate in an enlivening yoga practice. We complete the morning with a fun hike back to The Spa. (Starts June 1st)
