Reservation Cancellation Confirmation

We received your request to cancel your reservation at The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa.

We’re sorry you are not able to stay with us at this time. If we can assist you with reserving alternate dates for your visit, please contact reservations at (802) 362-4700.

Please carefully review our cancellation policies below as cancellation fees vary based on Reservation Category. 

The Equinox Resort

    RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Resort Reservations Include:
      • Equinox Resort
      • Orvis Inn
      • Vacation Homes
    • All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.
    • A deposit is required at the time of booking equal to the first night’s room and tax.
    • Reservations must be canceled by 4 pm, 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid forfeiture of deposit plus tax.

    • VACATION RESORT HOME RENTALS CANCELLATION POLICY

      STAY DATES: JUNE-OCTOBER, NOV. 24, DEC. 24 – JAN. 1, FEB. 18-27

      • If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, a 50% deposit will be refunded.
      • Cancellation within 30 days there will be a forfeiture of 100% of the Deposit plus tax.
      • The tax charge is 10% and there is a $39 resort fee per night.

      STAY DATES: JAN. 2-FEB. 17, FEB. 28-MAY 31, NOV. 1-23, NOV. 28-DEC. 23

      • If canceled more than 14 days before arrival, a 50% deposit will be refunded.
      • Cancellation within 14 days there will be a forfeiture of 100% of the Deposit plus tax.
      • The tax charge is 10% and there is a $39 resort fee per night.

      Vacation Home Rentals Include

      • Meadow House
      • Dormy House
      • Townhomes
      • This reservation requires full pre-payment and is non-cancellable, non-amendable, and non-refundable.
      • We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.
      • A separate cancellation policy applies for all call-in group cancellations.
