- Family mebmbership includes 2 family members and children age 16 and under
- Passes must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
- Passes are valid through the close of the 2024 season as deemed by Equinox Management
- Passes are not transferable.
- All charges to your account must be signed at time of purchase.
- Guest greens fee discounts do not apply to contracted group activity.
- Merchandise discounts do not apply to items already marked down over 20%
- Membership fees are nonrefundable.
- The Golf Club at Equinox reserves the right to modify and or approve membership programs.
- You agree, to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Hotel and its owner, and their respective members, partners, officers, agents, employees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, insurers, successors or assigns, from any damage, liability, loss, governmental charges or fines, costs, demands and causes of action (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of defense) arising out of or connected with the Function and to the extent caused by Your acts, errors or omissions in the performance of professional services, including all third party claims made by anyone for whom the You are legally liable.
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Hotel is located. Notwithstanding termination or expiration of the Event, this Agreement shall continue to survive.
