We are excited to be hosting a wonderful weekend of Yoga at The Equinox Resort & Spa!
Did you remember to make time for self-care this summer? The Equinox Resort and Potential Energy have put together a yoga retreat just for you. Take time to relax, release, and refresh. Explore how to build a deeper connection with yourself and harness the transformative power of yoga. During the retreat you will create a personalized yoga practice that will serve you long after the weekend is over. We will spend time hiking the Green Mountains, enjoying delicious vegan meals, meditating, and of course, doing lots of yoga! It's time to choose you!
